- Our team will guide you through the process.
- Safely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags, materials, and accessories.
- Send your items to the return address provided by our customer service team.
3. What are the eligibility criteria for returns or exchanges?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
