2. How do I request a refund or exchange?

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

1.Contact our customer service team at contact@e1racebird.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2.Our team will guide you through the process.

3.Safely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags, materials, and accessories.

4.Send your items to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. What are the eligibility criteria for returns or exchanges?

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Personalized or custom items are only eligible for return if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

4. Who pays for return or exchange shipping?

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
